Every parcel gets a clean public tracking page — no login — with the rider's live location while it's on the way. It hides once delivered.

You set your own policy: which reasons you accept, the window, and the resolutions you offer — refund, exchange, store credit, or repair — plus who’s liable for each reason. Customers lodge and track returns; you approve and resolve.

No. Merchants and developers send parcels through TLDP; you receive demand without building or maintaining anything. You set up a rate card and a fleet and start earning.

Yes. Self-service rate cards let you price by zone, weight, and service level, and a map-based editor lets you define exactly the areas you cover, with a door-delivery overage where it applies.

Directly by the merchant, on your own rail, at your own speed. TLDP is never in the middle and never holds your money — so you are not waiting on a platform payout.

All of it, when the delivery is paid. TLDP invoices you 2.5% of what you earned, monthly in arrears, on your dashboard — nothing is deducted from a delivery. On-demand deliveries, where TLDP does the dispatch itself, are 5%.

Your on-time performance sets your standing. Gold (90–100%) gets top priority and more volume; strong service is rewarded transparently, and your tier is shown on every quote.

Yes. A …_test_… key runs entirely in sandbox — isolated data, no money moves, events flagged as test. Build and verify the whole flow before going live.

Subscribe an endpoint and receive events (order.*, shipment.*, payment.*, dispute.*, return.refunded) as they happen; verify each with the TLDP-Signature header. You can send a test event and check endpoint health from the dashboard.
